The brethren discussed many things, however it was decided that the Preceptory would be moving forward on the following action items:

1. Sponsor 2 New York DeMolay’s to attend a DeMolay International Leadership Seminar during the summer of 2009

2. Sponsor an advertisement for the NYS DeMolay 2009 Convention Ad Journal

3. Sponsor an advertisement for the NYS DeMolay 2009 DeMolay Hall of Fame Induction and Ruby & Pearl Banquet to be held in the fall

4. Create and maintain an Eastern Preceptory page on the social networking site – Face Book

5. Assist the Executive Officer in what ever capacity we may be of service to the young men of New York DeMolay
