For those of you who want to brush up on your ritual
skills before MATOC 2006 in Baltimore, consider attending
the Heartland Ritual tournament on March 31st to April 2nd
in suburban Chicago. Bro. Wendell Haney, a distinguished senior
DeMolay from IL, and a good friend, is in charge of the Heartland
Ritual Tournament this year. There are several competitions
that are being offered this year including all seven preceptors,
the Flower Talk, Obligations, DeMolay degrees, chapter proficiency,
Cross of honor, Majority service and the Initiatory degree.
The competition has a low registration fee of $25.00, and
there are convenient and CHEAP flights on SouthWest airlines
to Chicago. Plus, you also have the chance to meet some AWESOME
DeMolays from around the country.
