The first line signer of every membership application receives a letter from the International Master Councilor, International Congress Secretary, and the Grand Master!

The first line signer of two (2) membership applications receives a t-shirt commemorating the membership campaign.

The first line signer of three (3) membership applications (and each 3 thereafter) receives a McDonald’s Gift card.

The first line signer of five (5) (and each 5 thereafter) membership applications receives a check or gift certificate in the amount of $100.00 towards the purchase of some Nike athletic shoes.

Chapters and Individuals receive points in the following manner:
12 Year Old First Line Signer...5 Points - - - - - - 12 Year Old New Member…..5 Points
13 Year Old First Line Signer...5 Points - - - - - - 13 Year Old New Member…..5 Points
14 Year Old First Line Signer...3 Points - - - - - - 14 Year Old New Member…..3 Points
15 Year Old First Line Signer...3 Points - - - - - - 15 Year Old New Member…..3 Points
16+ Year Old First Line Signer...1 Point - - - - - - 16+ Year Old New Member…..1 Point

Example #1
Tim (12) signs the application of Mike (12)…Tim and the Chapter receive 10 points each Now add this to the equation…
Mike (12) signs the application of David (12)…The Chapter and Tim receive 10 points plus 10 additional points for Mike

Example #2
James (16) signs the application of Nate (15)…James and the Chapter receive 4 points each
Nate (15) signs the applications of Shawn (13)…James, Nate, and the Chapter receive 8 points
Now, if Shawn (13) signs up Jeff (12)...Shawn gets 10 points and the Chapter, Nate and James all receive 10 additional points
The original signer gets credit for the person he brings in and all people those members bring in, too

You want to bring in new members and then encourage them to bring in more new members, too, so you keep getting more points.

Chapter accumulating the most points during the program in each region will be awarded a Party of their choice or cash (Max $300).

Ties will be broken by a drawing conducted at the Service and Leadership Center.
All Form 10’s must be reported to the Service and Leadership Center in the required time period.
